Hepolite Triumph 'H' Beam 4340 Steel Con Rods (Pair)

 

Pair of 'H' beam steel connecting rods manufactured from high specification 4340 forged steel.
Suitable for Triumph 650cc unit twins T120 Bonneville, TR6 Trophy (1963-1972) and pre unit 500/650 (1956-1962) using a large journal shell type crankshaft with 1.623” pin diameter.

Replaces OEM 70-9525

Rod eye centres - 6.50”
Gudgeon pin diameter - 0.688”
Total rod weight 432g +/- 1 gram

 

 

 

Precision machined from 4340 steel forging
Shot peened and stress relieved
ARP 2000 high tensile rod bolts
Machined reinforced small end with double oil holes for extra gudgeon pin lubrication
Replaceable small end bushing
Optimised big end and small end profiles for weight reduction and strength
To suit Hepolite B2026M bearings
Supplied as a matched pair
