Your item/s will be carefully packed and dispatched usually within 1-3 working days (Mon.-Fri - excl public holidays) of receiving payment.

Certain items may take 2-3 days before being dispatched. Times can vary depending on order volumes, public holidays and the delivery company.
We will keep you updated via the email address you supply upon checkout, on the status of your order as it progresses.
 

Shipping Methods:

UK mainland -
We use Royal Mail for small and medium sized shipments and Parcel Force for bulky, heavy or high value items. For UK mainland buyers, shipping is free to you as a buyer, with no minimum spend.

Items sent by Royal Mail usually take between 2-3 days and of course, once Royal Mail have the package, we have no control over their delivery times.
Items sent by Parcel Force will usually be sent on a 2 day service.

We know how important it is when sending and receiving items and we really do have many many years of experience with all the courier companies and we know from years of experience who the best ones are, which is why we will not use certain couriers and only the few that we consider to be the best in the industry.

International - 
We use Royal Mail 'international signed for' for small and medium sized shipments and selected couriers for bulky, heavy or high value items.

International delivery times can vary and rely a lot on customs clearance etc, but we try to give as best estimate on delivery as we can.
Please note that customers are fully responsible for any applicable import duties due on your purchase and we will not be held responsible for any customs fees. We always mark packages to their true value.
