We want you to be completely happy with your purchase but sometimes mistakes happen or you change your mind, so therefore, our returns policy is kept simple:
Change of mind -
If you have changed your mind, please contact us first and make sure to include your order number and when asked to do so, please return the item in the original packaging and within 14 days of the original purchase date. Goods must be returned carriage paid. We recommend sending any returns via a tracked/signed for service to avoid any losses which we cannot be held responsible for. Once we have received the item and it has passed our inspection for any use or damage, a refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the original payment was made. Postage and packaging will not be refunded in these circumstances.
We must stress, that any parts must NOT have been fitted. Also, all original packaging must still be intact as received and in a resalable condition.
Faulty or incorrect -
If however your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please contact us first and make sure to include your order number and when asked to do so return the item to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement. Including postage and packaging.
